Administrators will first warn max 2 times, then it can be followed with a kick after that it can result in a ban.

= General Public Server Rules =


1 - Only Gamers Having Fun clan members may where the #GHF# tag. (rules apply only when its exactly written in this way  #GHF# (Punishment:Kick then if its not removed 24hours ban)

2 - All kinds of cheats and exploits are strictly forbidden. (Punishment: perm ban)

3 - Base rape of uncappable bases is NOT allowed!
When the uncappable base is the last one left it may still not be attacked, only attack what leaves the base. (Punishment: 1 warn then kick then 24hrs ban)

4 - No intentionally team killing (Punishment: 1 warn or auto kick then 24hours ban)

5 - No intentionally spawn killing! (Punishment: 1 warn then kick then 24hrs ban)

6 - Stats padding is NOT allowed! (Punishment: perm ban)

7 - Commanders may fight,but still have to do their job. (Punishment: 1 warn then removed from com pos)

8 - Commanders do not fly. (Punishment: 1 warn then removed from com pos the 24hrs ban)

9 - Cartillery and supplytillery is NOT allowed! (Punishment: 1 warn then removed from com pos then 24hrs ban)

10 - No Racism, or insults of any kind during the stay on the server.(racist remarks perm ban)
Server can automatically kick you if your using bad words to often. (Punishment: auto kick after 3th warn, heavy insults 24hour ban or more, depending on the nature)

11 - No advertisement (Punishment: perm ban)

12 - No clan recruiting. (Punishment: perm ban)

13 -No insulting players names. (Punishment: perm ban)

14 - No clay's on Spawn Points.
Its not allowed to put clay's in the Spawn points to Kill players that are Spawning
(Punishment: 1 warn then kick)

16- No Demo Pack Jumping or Roofing Allowed on these Servers Gibraltar,Shingle,Berlin (BF2142)

17- Clans can not stack the sides should be 50/50 (6 in the server there should be 3 on each side)

18- Teabagging is left up to our admins because some dont mind it some thinks it disrespaect can be warned or banned without warning so think before you do it!

1. All applicants and members must be registered with our website

2. No matter whos server you are playing in be respectful to all players

3. All members must have Ventrilo. (All Members must be in Ventrilo when playing)Xfire is optional

4. All members must keep our tags on

5. Any player wishing to join us will be on a 4 week probation period

6. All members are required to check forums on regular basis to be updated on news and events. Feel free to post in the forums that is why it is there.

7. No hacking of any kind will be permitted. This includes hacks, glitches,aimbots, macros, custom crosshairs,etc..

8. No "moonlighting" you cannot be in =GHF= and be in a different clan.

9. Do not test cheats and do not have any cheats or cheat files residing on your computer. Noncompliance will result in your GUID being added to the Master Ban List and Discharge from the clan.

10. No Hacking or INI Modifications of any type or kind are strictly prohibited. Members caught using hacks will be banned immediately from the Clan, game servers, voice servers and websites.

11. All Members must Play on Our Servers Tell they Have 20 to 25 players per server then yoy are allowed to play on other servers that are not running the same maps we are running when playing on other sers you obey their rules

COMMUNICATIONS

1. When you first log on please read the "MOD" message of the day.

2. All Clan members are required to communicate Via Ventrilo at all times while partisipating in clan activities.

3. All disputes between clan members must be worked out amongst themselves in a private channel. Do not bring this into regular game channels. This will not be tolerated. If you need intervention from  Admins, please do not hesitate, do this immediately. This will ensure the situation does not get out of hand.

4. All clan members must maintain communications equipment (microphone, headset, speakers, etc.)

5. All Clan members Must be in Ventrilo when playing

6. All Clan members must only use their in-game players name in vent and no adding phonetic names to your in-game names

SERVER ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS

1. Administrator's will follow these simple guide lines or privileges will be revoke

2. Password will only be issued by mirko or weirdly

3. Do not give the password to other members or non members.

4. Having Administrative Rights does not give you direct authority over any other member whatsoever

5. You must warn Players before you kick the players

6. Do not kick or ban players without warranted cause.

7. Do not change a map unless you get a consensus from the group playing

Recruitment

1. All members have permission to recruit.

2. Recruits must be the minimum age of 14. (not strictly enforced)

3. The recruitment process will be a 14 day observation period followed by a clan vote. Each day of observation must include at least two (2) current Clan members. Note: The 14 day Observation period are not consecutive days but rather day played with at least two (2) current Clan members. Observations may be extended due to unforeseen occurrences.

"Special Circumstance" Gamers Having Fun may discharge any clan member for any violation of clan rules as they feel necessary to keep the integrity of the Clan as a whole. Any Violations are grounds for expulsion.  Members caught using hacks will be banned immediately
